I graduated from Berry College in Rome with a degree in English Education. I returned home to teach 9th and 10th grade English literature in Roberta for 7 years. Along the way I completed my Masters in Library & Information Science through San Jose State University. I have worked as an elementary media specialist for 7 years now. Working at QRES is a dream come true! I truly look forward to coming to work each day to share the love of reading and learning with our students!
I have two human kids - Cash (2nd grade) & Caia (1st grade), two furry kids - Mox & Murph, and a wonderful husband. In my free time I enjoy reading, eating, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, running, and hiking with my family.
