I grew up in a military family, and I have one brother and one sister. I also spent five years in the Air Force, and my first duty assignment was Kunsan AFB, Korea. I have two kids, a son Alex, who is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a degree in Computer Science. My daughter is a graduate of Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville with a degree in Elementary Education. Teaching is the best job I have ever had. New challenges await me every day, especially this year with distance learning! I love showing kids that they can do things they didn't think possible!
